Typical diet during pregnancy
- Breakfast: 3 eggs, half avocado, tomatoes and salad leaves
- Snack: Banana/grapes/strawberries and cashews
- Lunch: Salad leaves, tomatoes, avocado, beetroot with smoked salmon
- Afternoon snack: mango
- Dinner: Chicken curry with cauliflower mash.
