Time Trials and the SWBAR
When I started this website I was running and cycling, but primarily targeting running races and duathlons.
In 2013 I discovered that I love time-trialling, and I've been delighted to see my times improving steadily ever since.
I am very pleased to have finished 2014 as the fastest lady in the South West Best All-Rounder competition, with an average speed of 26.24mph.
This year I have also competed nationally placing 7th in the National 10-mile TT Championship, along with 12th and 15th respectively in the 25-mile and Hill Climb races.
