Paleoace Omelette

How To Make It:

Fry the onions, mushrooms and peppers in coconut oil in a large frying pan. Add in the minced steak with the seasoning and fry until brown. Add the tomatoes and basil and gently stir until softened. Poor in the egg mixture and cook on the hob over medium heat before sticking pan under a hot grill to cook the top of the omelette until golden in colour. If the omelette still feels soft in the middle once cooked on top you could put it over medium heat on the hob for a couple more minutes.

Serving Suggestions:

Cut into quarters and serve with some rocket leaves, tomatoes and cucumbers and come green olives.
