Cherry Chocolate

How To Make It:

Wash the cherries, slit half way through each one and soak them for at least three hours in cherry brandy (completely covering them). The longer you are able to soak the cherries, the better.

Melt the dark chocolate. Tap dry each cherry so that the outside is dry. Holding each cherry by the tip of its stalk cover the cherries in dark chocolate (using a spoon to ensure the cherries are completely coated).

Stand the cherries on greaseproof paper and refrigerate to set the chocolate coating.
