Sweet Potato and Parsnip Mash

How To Make It:

Boil the sweet potatoes and parsnips with a pinch of sea salt for 15 to 20 minutes until soft enough to mash.

Drain them and then either whiz them through a food processor or mash using a masher adding a little coconut oil and black pepper.
