How To Make It:

Stick the oven on to warm to 150 degrees. Whizz the cashew butter, banana, honey and coconut oil in a food processor. Then add the coconut flour, cacao powder, eggs and chia seeds and whizz again. Finally, add in the raisins, cashes and roughly broken dark chocolate and give it a final quick whizz.

On a baking tray place a sheet of grease proof paper. Using a tablespoon put dollops of the cookie dough. Place in the warm oven for 10-15 mins.

Take them out and place them over a rack to cool a little.

Serving Suggestions:

Enjoy at least one warm to get a bit of melted gooey chocolate as you bite in.
