How To Make It:

Cut squash in half, place in a baking tray and roast for 30 mins at 180°c.

Place roasted squash and all the other ingredients in a food processor for a few minutes until they are all mixed and smooth in texture.

Serving Suggestions:

Put in a dip dish with a few olives on top, drizzle some more olive oil and sprinkle some crushed chillies. Enjoy with a healthy serving of carrot sticks or peppers!
