Pumpkin & Orange Soup

How To Make It:

Fry the onions, garlic and ginger in a large pan until evenly brown. Stir in the pumpkin flesh and add the rest of the seasoning. Stir in the orange juice. Bring to boil. Allow it to cook for about 30 minutes. Whizz through a food processor/blender and pour back into the pan for warming up before serving.

Serving Suggestions:

We enjoyed this as a starter with some toasted pine nuts and crispy bacon pieces sprinkled over the top. Happy Halloween if you like that sort of thing…
