Squid

How To Make It:

This recipe is a tasty paleo alternative to squid rings in batter, and I think it tastes far better.

Cut the squid into rings and place in a bowl. Squeeze in the juice from the lime. Crush the garlic, finely chop the spring onions, chilli and ginger and add to the bowl. Add the salt, pepper and mustard seeds and mix thoroughly.

Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan until melted. Add the squid mix, turn down to a low heat and fry for 10 to 15 minutes.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve on a bed of lettuce or rocket.
