Peel all the fruit and cut the banana, kiwi and persimmon into chunks. Put the fruit on the skewers.
Puree the mango in a food processor. Generously cover the fruit skewers with the 'mango marinade' and grill evenly on all sides, topping up with the 'mango marinade' to avoid the fruit drying.
In the meanwhile melt the chocolate in readiness to drizzle all over the kebabs.
Serve the kebabs with drizzle of melted chocolate and mango marinade.
