400 Metre Interval Run
- Warm up: 1 mile warm gentle run and stretches.
- Run 400 metre at maximum speed.
- Recovery: 2 minutes (reduce recovery time as you get fitter).
- Repeat 2 & 3 10 times.
- Cool down: 1 mile gentle run/walk and stretches (hold stretches for longer after the session).
