Bike Interval Session

You could do this using a turbo trainer, a static bike or outside on a flat stretch of road.

  1. Cycle for 5 minutes easy.
  2. Cycle for 5 minutes at hard intensity (high cadence).
  3. Repeat the above 1 & 2 six times (fewer or higher number of repetitions depending on your fitness levels).
  4. Cool down and have a good all round stretch.
