Strength and Conditioning

Here is a list of some of my favourite strength and conditioning exercises:

  1. Squats with weights (3 sets of 10 repetitions with 1 minute recovery between each set).
  2. Walking lunges with weights (3 sets of 10 repetitions with 1 minute recovery between each set).
  3. Bent over row with weights (3 sets of 10 repetitions with 1 minute recovery between each set).
  4. Twisting sit ups (3 sets of 10 repetitions on each side with 1 minute recovery between each set).
  5. Lying twists (3 sets of 10 repetitions with 1 minute recovery between each set).
  6. Jack knife sit ups (3 sets of 10 repetitions with 1 minute recovery between each set).
