Here is a list of some of my favourite strength and conditioning exercises:
- Squats with weights (3 sets of 10 repetitions with 1 minute recovery between each set).
- Walking lunges with weights (3 sets of 10 repetitions with 1 minute recovery between each set).
- Bent over row with weights (3 sets of 10 repetitions with 1 minute recovery between each set).
- Twisting sit ups (3 sets of 10 repetitions on each side with 1 minute recovery between each set).
- Lying twists (3 sets of 10 repetitions with 1 minute recovery between each set).
- Jack knife sit ups (3 sets of 10 repetitions with 1 minute recovery between each set).
