Spicy Paleo Burgers

Chop the onions very finely (you can also use a food processor) and mix with all other ingredients in a bowl. Knead the ingredients together until evenly mixed and ready to be shaped.

Divide into four equal portions and shape into discs. Grill under a medium heat turning every five minutes for approximately 20 minutes (for medium. You can cook them for longer for well done, or less time for rare).

Serving Suggestions:

Serve over a slice of baked sweet potato with garlic mushrooms and spicy steamed cabbage.

The spices are optional. Feel free to replace with your own herbs and spices according to your taste.
